Bowerbird Coffee – Centrio Ayala is a local coffee destination that brings together thoughtfully crafted beverages, comforting café food, and a relaxed setting. Bowerbird Coffee began in 2017 as a pop-up coffee catering service, introducing its concept at Centrio Ayala. The founders initially focused on bringing quality coffee to weddings and events, at a time when coffee carts were still relatively uncommon.
The brand opened its first permanent café along Justo Ramonal Street in 2020. In 2025, Bowerbird returned to Centrio Ayala with a dedicated mall branch, bringing its coffee concept back to where its journey began.
The café appeals to coffee enthusiasts, students, professionals, and mall-goers looking for a place to take a break, catch up with friends, work or study, or enjoy a casual meal. Its accessible location also makes it convenient for shoppers who want to include a coffee stop during their visit to Centrio.
What's on the Menu
The menu focuses on espresso-based drinks and specialty coffee, including lattes, Spanish Latte, and Hazelnut Latte. For non-coffee options, guests can also enjoy matcha drinks such as the Matcha Float.
Food choices include Korean buns, grilled cheese, nachos, pasta, and pastries, offering options for both light snacks and more filling meals.
